The ET3896 low power voltage detector provides monitoring of battery, power-supply, and regulated system voltages. The devices is a very small supervisory circuits that monitor voltages greater than 500mV with a 0.25% (typical) threshold accuracy and offer adjustable delay time using external capacitors.
The ET3896 has a logic enable pin EN to power on and off the output, when the input voltage pin (IN) rises above the threshold, and the EN pin is high,then the output pin OUT goes high after the capacitor-adjustable delay time. When IN falls below the threshold or EN is low, then OUT goes low.
The ET3896 is available in ultra-small µDFN6 package and is fully specified over the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
