ET3155
General Description
The ET3155 advanced load management switches target applications requiring a highly integrated solution it disconnects loads powered from DC Power Rail (<6.0V) at wrong state when LCE is low. The switch consists of slew-rate controlled low-impedance MOSFET Switch (6mΩ Typ) and other integrated analog features. The slew-rate controlled turn-on characteristic prevents inrush-current and the resulting excessive voltage droop on power rails.
When LCE is low, IN port power on, ET3155 will check the voltage of the OUT pin with a 300Ω pull down resistor after 3ms. If OUT is lower than 1.0V, the switch will turn on, and if OUT is high than 2.5V, the switch remain off. When LCE is high, ET3155 will be turn on without check OUT voltage.
The ET3155 has True Reverse Current Blocking (TRCB) function blocking unwanted reverse current from OUT to IN. These devices have exceptionally low TRCB-state current drain in OUT pin (<2uA max).
The ET3155 built in a high-precision voltage detectors ,The detection voltage is 2.9V typical.
The device is packaged in advanced full-Green WLCSP12 (1.28mm×1.68mm 0.4mm pitch) .
