The ET7805 is a 500mA positive voltage output, three-pin LDO. They provide a high current even when the input/output voltage differential is small. Low power consumption and high accuracy is achieved through CMOS and laser trimming technologies. It consists of a high-precision voltage reference, an error amplification circuit, and a current limited output driver, which can provide good load transient response characteristics.
The ET7805 is stable with a 1.0μF ceramic output capacitor and offered in TO220-3 package.
